Parking
Q: How do I sign up for parking? A: Parking is on a first come basis. You may wait and sign up for parking on your move in day or mail a $60 money order (August 2010 payment) to guarantee you a parking space in August.
Q: What happens if I lose the garage door opener? A: You will be assessed a $125 replacement fee.
Q: What is our address when having mail or packages sent to us? A: Have your mail addressed similar to the following:
Your Name 728 West Marshall Street Unit # Richmond, VA 23220
Q: Can we send packages from Carriage House? A: No, if your letter does not fit into the regular letter-sized mail slot, you must go to the local post office to ship your package.
Housing
Q: Are we allowed to have pets? A: No, we have a strict no pet policy, caged or tank animals, reptiles or fish. Failure to comply will result in a $175 fine.
Q: How am I affected if one of my roommates does not pay their rent? A: Each lease is individual and has no affect on your rent.
Q: How long are the leases? A: All leases are for one year (12 months).
Q: What is the size of my bed? A: Beds are either standard full or standard twin. You will find out your bed size on move in day.
